Shipping and Warranty

 

Shipping Addresses:                                                                                                                                 All credit card orders require address verification. Projectpb.com will not ship to any address not verified by the cardholder’s credit agency. Only addresses on file with the credit card agency are considered valid shipping addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact his/her credit card agency and have a new address added to an account if an alternate shipping destination is desired.


 

Visible Damage or Shortage:                                                                                                                    If a shipment is received visibly damaged or appears to have missing components, please have the carrier note on the delivery receipt the nature and extent of damages and/or shortages. Please make sure to file a claim immediately. Projectpb.com is not responsible for any damages or items that may be lost during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Projectpb.com of any such damages or shortages. Please be sure to inspect any packages received and have the carrier note of any visible damages upon delivery. Depending on the value of the package a shipping agency claim representative may need to inspect the package of the damaged item(s).


 

Product Warranty:                                                                                                                               Return Policy: Most Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. If (a)n item breaks within this period, return the item and it will be repaired or replaced at Projectpb.com option. Some products are not applicable to this return policy including, paintballs, any article of clothing and custom gun/gear upgrades. All items subject to return must be unopened and unused. All products subject to return must include all original manufacturers packaging, owners manual(s), unused warranty cards, all miscellaneous parts and accessories. All returns which fail to comply will be subject to additional charges at Projectpb.com discretion. All non-defective returns will be credited less a 15-60% restocking fee based on an assessment of the items condition when it is received by Projectpb.com. Prior to shipping any returns to Projectpb.com you must call to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any package received by Projectpb.com with out an RMA# will be returned to the sender at the senders expense. Please clearly print the RMA# on two sides of the package and write the number on a piece of paper and include it in the package being returned. Anything shipped to Projectpb.com that does not meet its requirements will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.

Markers: Please see the manufacturer’s warranty. Any aftermarket modifications may void an applicable warranty. Note that wear and tear as a result of normal use is common and is not usually covered by the manufacturer (refer to applicable warranties). Read all included literature, paying close attention to recommendations concerning maintenance and general up-keep. This will insure that the product performs as intended by the manufacturer. Neither Projectpb.com nor the manufacturers of the product are liable for any shipping charges on a defective/broken product. All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Projectpb.com does not provide any warranty service. Some high end paintball guns may not be returned to Projectpb.com. If the gun has been used, all repairs will be handled exclusively by the manufacturer. This includes DLX, GoG, Shocker Paintball, Planet Eclipse, Dangerous Power, Smart Parts (guns and tanks), Tippmann, Empire, Spyder, Bob Long, Indian Creek, MacDev, Dye and Inception. If you have a question as to whether the gun you are purchasing falls under this category, it will be noted in the gus description. Part of the cost of these products includes warranty service from these experienced and qualified companies.

General Merchandise: All products sold by Projectpb.com are brand new straight from the manufacturer. Projectpb.com only deals with reputable companies that stand behind their products as strong as we stand behind our service. Products which do not perform as intended either “out of the box” or after use will be limited to coverage under the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers are welcome to call Projectpb.com for advice or direction when dealing with such an event. Please be sure to read all literature included with the products purchased, most warranties are limited and require registration of the purchased products Manufacturer contact numbers are usually listed in such literature.
